Pricing & Payments
- We accept multiple payment methods, including Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, and other digital payment options, subject to availability.
- Inspection charges, repair charges, spare part costs, and service fees will be communicated before work begins whenever possible.

- Additional charges may apply if replacement parts or extra work are required after inspection.
Appointment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Customers are requested to inform us as early as possible if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Aryan Refrigeration Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as technician unavailability, severe weather conditions, emergencies, or situations beyond our control.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the nature of the service and payment made. Inspection charges or charges for completed work are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty
Where applicable, service warranties apply only to the specific repair work performed by Aryan Refrigeration Services and under the warranty terms communicated at the time of service. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, electrical fluctuations, unauthorized repairs, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
